  Pietro Elisei is an experienced Urban Planner with a demonstrated history of working in the Town and Regional Planning context. Skilled in Sustainable Development, Strategic Planning, Urban Planning, Feasibility Studies, Mixed-use, and Policy Design (Focus Urban Regeneration). Strong business development professional graduated from University of Rome „LA SAPIENZA”, Doctorate In Urban Policy Design from University of Roma 3 and post doc activities from both Roma 3 and University of Roma 2 (Tor Vergata). Currently Managing Director of Urbasofia ( EC UIA (Urban Innovative Actions) Expert, EC URBACT Expert. Former secretary General, former ISOCARP Vice President.
  Dirk Engelke studied civil engineering and applied cultural studies at the University of Karlsruhe, Germany. Working as self employed planning consultant he planned for several municipalities and regions and consulted different units of the European Union. Sine 2012 he is professor for spatial development at the Rapperswil University of Applied Science, Switzerland (HSR).
  Geoffrey Grulois is Professor of Urbanism and coordinator of LoUIsE – Laboratory on Urbanism, Infrastructure and Ecologies at the Faculty of Architecture of Université libre de Bruxelles. His teaching and research explore the intersection of urbanism, mobility, ecology, and metabolism. He is currently a co-coordinator of Metrolab.Brussels transdisciplinary laboratory for critical urban research (ERDF) and the academic coordinator of the Avanced Master in transition urbanism at the ULB. He co-edited UpCycle Barcelona: Cogenerative Design Strategies for a Sustainable Urban Metabolism (2015) and Designing Territorial Metabolism: Barcelona, Brussels and Venice (Jovis, 2018). He is currently working on a Metrolab publication entitled Designing Brussels Ecosystem.
  Șerban Țigănaș is a Romanian architect who graduated in Bucharest and is currently based in Cluj-Napoca. He started his career by winning several architectural competitions. He founded Dico and Tiganas Architecture and Engineering, a multidisciplinary leading design office in Romania for more than 20 years. The projects of the office received several awards and where nominated, published and exposed internationally. He was also one of the founders of Planwerk Cluj, a Romanian – German planning office which started a new methodology for urbanism in Romania. His academic career brought in parallel to the practice the interest for temporary architecture, an approach towards sustainability, of which he based his PhD thesis. As a professor in the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca he is currently teaching theory and project design, recently adding a new course on communication and marketing for architects. He calls himself an activist for the profession and held different positions in the Romanian Order of Architects, including presidency 2010-2018, Architects Council of Europe and International Union of Architects. He is currently Secretary General of UIA.
